Lindsay Lohan insists she was sober before a October 4, 2005 car accident in West Hollywood. According to the Associated Press, the injured driver, Raymundo Ortega, sues the actress for negligence, adducing she had been consuming alcohol at The Ivy. He demands minimum of$200,000 in damages from her and The Ivy restaurant. Lohan, however, denies his clams, saying, "I did not consume an alcoholic beverage or any type of medication or drug."
