LINDSAY SUED BY FORMER BODYGUARD FOR UNPAID SERVICES
Lindsay Lohan’s former bodyguard has sued the actress for unpaid security services. The star is said to have hired David Kim in October 2006 for a fee of 4000 dollars a week for full protection. However, Kim claimed he drop the job six months later because Lindsay reportedly infringed the oral agreement. Now, the bodyguard filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court for charges of fraud, emotional distress and breach of oral contract, demanding of 55000 dollars. He also owes 1,500 dollars for damage to his vehicle, that was caused when Lohan's driver, Jazz, once crashed into his car when he was trying to avoid paparazzi.
